Every month our blog will feature a design project our team has recently completed. A single project can range from one or two rooms to a whole house! Whether starting from scratch or incorporating existing elements our designers study every detail and element in each space. Exotic Home curates from many domestic artisans and combines it with our Global Imports collection to make each space an exclusive design.
This month we are featuring a rental property in Corolla, NC designed by our co-owner and principal designer, Tiffany Day.
Throughout the years, Tiffany had designed several large rental properties for this client in destinations such as Orlando, FL and the Bahamas! When asked to design another home in the Outer Banks of course the answer was YES!
So, Tiffany was paired up with the architect to design from the ground up a contemporary chic vacation home with stunning views. Picturesque ocean views are yours to enjoy from countless areas of this impressive home, including 180 degree spectacular vistas from the spacious great room.
Designed with large groups in mind Tiffany selected furniture that is durable, easy to maintain in spaces that will last through dozens of years of rental seasons. This project is a grand statement that blends contemporary, modern style, and beach house charm as an idyllic backdrop for everything including weddings, corporate retreats, or multi-family vacations!
